If you have bad inflammation I can give you a recipe that will fix it or I can make it for you. It does work!!! You want to take it regularly. I’m taking right now for my left knee. No issues!
Here is the recipe as it saves you money to make it yourself.
1 cup of hot water/ boiling
2 teaspoons of dried butterfly pea flowers
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Put your tea flowers in the teapot.
Pour the water over the tea and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
Strain the tea and serve. You will be left with gorgeous blue tea.
Squeeze half a lemon into each teacup or mug.
You can sweeten with honey. To get rid of inflammation drink one to two cups per day.
Rinse your mouth when done so you don’t hurt the enamel on your teeth due to the lemon. The lemon also turns your tea purple.
This does work!
