First let’s discuss the spiritual content which this does hold.
   This is often used in various cultural and religious contexts, like in Buddhism where the Dharmachakra or "Wheel of Dharma" symbolizes the cycle of Samsara, the continuous cycle of birth, life, death, and rebirth. Here, time is seen as cyclical rather than linear, with each cycle offering opportunities for enlightenment or suffering.
The mythological aspect.
Robert Jordan's "The Wheel of Time, In this famous fantasy series, the Wheel of Time is an eternal, turning wheel where souls are reborn, ages come and go in cycles, and patterns of events repeat with variations. The wheel weaves the pattern of existence, with the possibility of individuals (like the Dragon Reborn) influencing its turning. In many cultures this is reincarnation, but that’s not what this is about.
Time travel, just not in the way you think it is. YOU don’t go anywhere. In fact it’s much better.
SUPERNATURAL CAPABILITY. This is important!
Manipulation of Fate-If time is seen as a wheel, turning it could potentially alter destinies or fates. One might be able to foresee or change future events. And you will!
Age Manipulation-Could theoretically allow one to revert to younger or older states, or perhaps even exist outside of time's normal flow. This would only be brief but again that is not what this is all about.
Temporal Portals- The wheel might open portals to different times or dimensions, allowing for exploration or escape to different eras. This you will get! The possibilities of this can change your life depending on how you use it. You can use it anyway you wish to!
Healing and Renewal-By turning back time, one could theoretically heal diseases or injuries by restoring someone to a previous, healthier state. This you will get!
Control over Time Perception-Perhaps making moments last longer or speed up, affecting how events are perceived or experienced. This you will have full control of! Yes I have used this for time perception and other things which I will tell you about. This was MY ring! 
Reality Alteration-If time and reality are interconnected, manipulating time might change the very fabric of reality, leading to alternate realities or timelines. I have used this while DRIVING! Yes it worked. I actually had to pull over from being so stunned! I also used it to prevent a murder!
Mystical use-  In many cultures, such an object might be central to rituals aimed at understanding or harnessing the power of time for divination, protection, or gaining knowledge. That is the HUGE part of this ring. It allows to see and view and sometimes participate in knowledge from long ago. We are talking about Aristotle, Socrates, Plato,Gautama Buddha,Mencius and finally and most importantly Nestorius! If you have not read him, you should. It explains a lot. He was from the 5th century and explains a lot about Jesus, the miracles and the difference between him as a man and him as a supernatural being. But again, you will know that and much more. Symbol of Eternity or Immortality- The wheel could symbolize eternal life or the concept of timelessness, used in myths or stories to convey lessons about life's continuity or the nature of existence. You learn how immortality works without being a vampire! You learn it’s real and why and the how.
This is not just about education because a lot of supernatural is already in it. The Wheel of Time goes so far back we have no record of some things. Also the protection HAS to be high and priority. Once you are educated on REAL good and evil you become a target, with this you are not. So you do see far back even before the beginning of time. You see the void. You see other planets that angels live on and work from. Yes, that is all true. So, this is a rare one if a kind that covers all magic, all supernatural, all rare abilities, it’s here!
