These are all sterling silver with real gemstones like moonstones and garnets. I have various sizes. I have two 7’s, one 9 and one 10. These can be worn by make or female and won’t look funny. 
What do they do? They move obstacles and curses including those from past lives. They also heal. Here is how you use it each way. 
To remove obstacles, dark spells and curses just write on a small paper to remove the darkness that prevents me. Burn it. Then take a small part of that ash and place it into the ring for 9 days! It must stay for 9 days, don’t cut corners.  For healing yourselves or someone else. Write on the paper the illness and burn it. Again take a small amount of the ash and put it into the ring. After a few hours open it up and blow that into the wind or outside. You can use this as often as you need to and it doesn’t need any charging ever.
