Robert Monroe was a radio broadcasting executive who, in the 1950s, began exploring the effects of sound on human consciousness. His experiences led him to discover what he described as out-of-body experiences (OBEs), which he documented in his book "Journeys Out of the Body" published in 1971. Monroe's work eventually led to the creation of the Monroe Institute, which focuses on the exploration of human consciousness using sound technology known as "Hemi-Sync." This technique aims to synchronize the brain's left and right hemispheres to induce altered states of consciousness.
Robert started to work with a physicist and someone into the metaphysical. Together they were able to open doors to other places. The CIA took notice and began to use it in all types of still classified projects. Some of those will be listed below but I’m going to tell you where it all started.
If you look to Egypt you can look at the hieroglyphs and see the oddness. You see the UFO’s, helicopters, half human half animal people and on some,  a solar system. This is where it gets interesting. As I type this I’m watching the news about to throw up at these evil politicians who are protesting Elon Musk. Have you seen some of the money we are wasting?! Anyway…  The solar system is just one key, your brain, left and right side is the other key. I have two rings that I got at the underground auction but I’m only selling this one. This is old, from the 70’s with the stones obviously older. The stones are high end black opal. The particular stone was used for a reason. The energy of them. The blending of your brain with them and the color plus the water they hold. 
The solar system you see in the ancient hieroglyphs show Pluto and one other planet along with the standard ones. They are in order as they should be and spaced as they should be. How could they know that? They couldn’t! They were told and shown where certain other aliens live. This isn’t an alien piece though but you certainly can contact them if you want to.  This ring allows you to connect both sides of your brain in order to connect to the easy to get to 11 scientifically talked about dimensions. You do decide where to go and you should know that the one planet that creates a dimension holds pale blue aliens with no ears. They are fully telepathic and are of no harm to you. They look totally human except for the blue tinge.  This is so important because you can create in one dimension and bring it back here. In another you learn about splicing DNA and using multiple senses like telepathy. The ring itself creates that gateway you need to move through these holes by activating your brain to do things it usually can’t. So instead of one working, both sides will work together.

Gateway Process , A training system designed to enhance the coherence of brainwave output between the left and right hemispheres, with the goal of altering consciousness to transcend physical limits, including space and time.
Hemi-Sync, This is central to the Gateway Process, involving the use of binaural beats to synchronize brain hemispheres, potentially leading to states of consciousness where individuals might experience phenomena like out-of-body experiences, remote viewing, or accessing higher levels of awareness.
Applications, The document suggests that this process could be used for healing, altering one's perception of reality, and potentially for espionage purposes like remote viewing, where individuals could "see" distant or hidden locations.
