Extreme Wealth for Asians Only

This is an antique on what might be sterling. I’m not sure on that. This is on ivory and it depicts a fortunate man.  The person who made the piece is known as a Wuyu which means Asian witch or magician, basically a female who can preform the supernatural.  This piece is made for extreme wealth. This only works for Asian people and will work for both Chinese and Japanese. The lady who did these had a Japanese father and Chinese mother. Asian people will understand why I give that information.
