Father Pellegrino Ernetti, who lived from 1925 to 1994, was a figure of considerable intrigue and controversy within and beyond the Catholic Church due to his claims regarding the invention of a device known as the Chronovisor. Here's an overview based on various reports and claims.
Background,  Ernetti was a Benedictine monk, a musicologist, and a physicist. He held the chair of Prepoliphony at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory in Venice and was known as one of Venice's most prolific exorcists.
The Chronovisor.  Ernetti claimed that he, along with a team of 12 scientists, which allegedly included notable figures like Enrico Fermi and Wernher von Braun, developed the Chronovisor in the 1950s. This device was supposedly capable of viewing past events through a combination of cathode rays, antennae, and metals that could receive sound and light signals on all wavelengths. 
   According to Ernetti, the Chronovisor worked more like a "time television" rather than a traditional time machine, allowing users to witness historical events as they happened. He claimed to have viewed speeches from the Roman Senate, the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, and even obtained a photograph of the event, though the authenticity of such claims was highly contested.
The Pope didn’t like any such information getting out and denied it existed. However think about how they hide things. Way underground, many things in sealed vaults and all locked up, why? Also in 1988 the Vatican spoke on the Chronovisor and time machines, time televisions and said anyone having one would be jailed and outright outlawed them. Now why do that if they can’t exist? 
The piece you’re looking at is old. This holds the power and energy of that Chronovisor. This gives you the sight and the sound which is what the Chronovisor did. You can’t change destiny or time unless you participate in it which often you can. This was created before using the Chronovisor, placed in a location and then retrieved using the powers of God. It’s not given to us because it contains magic and spells that if you used would no longer make you a peasant. No one could control you. This piece does that and more.  I had something that looked real similar to this but it’s totally different.
