We call this piece Innana walks among us.  Innana was the ancient Sumerian goddess and member of the Annunaki.  The Annunaki are the extraterrestrial beings that brought knowledge and magic to the Sumerians in ancient.  They were eventually viewed as somewhat of primordial deities-- and I guess that you could see them that way, because of their powers-- but the fact is that in the reality that they come from it was fairly normal for entities to have the level of knowledge and magic that Innana had.  

The Annunaki civilization exists adjacent to our reality. They are a group of ethereal beings who have embraced the primordial powers of the universe.  Of course, they exist on a whole different energetic spectrum than we do.  I'm not trying to diminish the goddess' presence on Earth or the immense understanding that she brought to our people.
