These chimes you lay flat as you see in the picture. You hit them one time and they keep singing a tone that vibrates into the DNA.  These are programmed by you. To do that you hold the chimes in your hands, plural. You think of exactly what you need and then place it down and hit the chimes.  If the sound goes on to long or is more than you can take at one time you just touch them and they will stop. You will need to repeat the process if you stop them. This is a very serious piece so know what you want before using.
