This is sterling silver, size 10 with real stones including blue topaz. This piece will allow you to transfer anyone’s consciousness to you living or dead. If they are alive you just get to know it and use it. You can’t take away things from a living human. This will allow you to see and use anyone’s who happens to be dead. I’m going to use this as an example. If you go through your cemetery or know someone,  anyone who has passed you can use that. If it’s a celebrity or say a doctor, you now have that knowledge. You get the abilities, talents and knowledge as if it soaks into your own soul. There isn’t a need to learn anything because it comes as a born with type of ability. You can wear this on a chain or finger. You can use this multiple times and don’t need to keep wearing the ring once you have all you want. This can also be used as an education piece because you can pick a super intelligent person or teacher. For wealth I’m pretty sure you have your pick of that too.
